Our system and team are based in Stockholm. This makes productions in the city straightforward to plan and provides a clear logistics base for events elsewhere in Sweden.
Transport and standard logistics within the Stockholm area are included in the standard production. For other locations, travel, transport and any accommodation are planned for the project.

Hotel, event venue, exhibition environment or purpose-built production—every location is assessed for load-in, floor area, clearances, power, lighting and the way guests move through the event.
We work with the venue and production team to approve a defined operating and safety area before operation.

We manage the Glambot system, Director, technician, professional lighting, live playback, simple branding, guest delivery, setup and teardown. The standard production includes up to four hours of active operation.
Planning capacity is approximately 30–60 filmed sessions per hour, depending on direction, group size and event flow.
Glambot Stockholm from SEK 50,000 excl. VAT.
The standard price includes the production above plus transport and normal logistics within the Stockholm area. Custom scenic design, advanced graphics, extended operation and special venue requirements are quoted separately.
We accept a limited number of productions per date. Contact us early once the date and venue begin to take shape.

We can work in many event environments, but every location must be able to meet the requirements for load-in, operating area, clearances, power and safe guest flow.
Where required, we plan a site visit or technical review with the venue and production team.
Yes. Glambot Sweden is available throughout Sweden. Travel and logistics outside the Stockholm area are quoted separately.
